MFG Processor - 2nd Shift (2:00PM-10:00PM)

About the role

The MFG Processor mixes raw materials according to formula sheet instructions efficiently and safely within established quality and production standards to manufacture bulk used to produce finished product. The role includes autonomous maintenance and changeovers, operation of automatic and manual chemical process equipment, and adherence to GMP/SOP and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Mix raw materials per formula sheet instructions efficiently and safely.
• Perform autonomous maintenance and changeovers to keep equipment in good working order.
• Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment (mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, filtering equipment, pumps, filling machines) per operating procedures.
• Conduct quality control analysis for in‑process batches and identify variations.
• Adhere to GMP’s/SOP’s housekeeping standards and all site safety policies.
• Identify potential risks, resolve issues, audit standards/processes, conduct root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and validate changes with the Quality team.
• Maintain 100% compliance with documentation requirements (OTC, cleaning, safety checklists, etc.).
• Utilize systems (ISIS, Flexnet) to report KPIs and equipment performance.
• Perform daily processing functions: pre‑weigh or sanitize raw materials, labels; store for production.
• Clean and sanitize equipment as required.
• Retrieve supplies from warehouse/storage areas.
• Process bulk in accordance with IQ procedures.
