About the Role
Coordinates all functions related to technical support for specified departments. Assists coach(es) with technical resources necessary to improve efficiencies and quality. Ensures that all processes in the technical support areas conform to the Liebert Quality System. Assists with corrective action and follows up on quality issues.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical support and troubleshoots complex issues
- Recommends and evaluates process improvements
- Conducts time studies and develops work instructions
- Assists with tooling and jig modifications
- Improves workstation ergonomics
- Assists coach(es) with coordination of departmental safety team meetings
- Assists with corrective actions and follows up on quality issues
- Relocates and sets up workstations
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to work cross-functionally
- Able to foster teamwork and resolve conflict
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated
- Able to work long hours and a variety of shifts as needed
