Mfg Associate I

Responsible for the safe manufacturing of metal C Rings. Utilize standard measuring devices and gauges. Ability to safely use all manufacturing equipment involved in the process.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction

C Ring Associates work with other C Ring Associates, Manufacturing Leads, and Manufacturing Support (e.g., Cut, Lap, Sandblast, Degrease, Heat Treat). This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Ability to read
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to work in a team environment

Skills

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use a computer

Conditions of Employment

This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.

Pay

Pay Range: $18/hr to $28/hr. Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
