Responsibilities

• Welcoming and caring for our patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Conducting and assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic measures (e.g., lung function tests, writing EKGs, collecting laboratory samples)
• Preparation and support for examinations and treatments by physicians
• Organizing and coordinating appointments and patient flows
• Documentation, billing, and administrative tasks in accordance with legal requirements
• Supporting quality management and hygiene guidelines

Requirements

• An accredited training as a Medical Technical Assistant (m/w/d) or another medical profession
• Prior experience with patients or willingness to learn
• Responsibility and organizational skills
• Teamwork and a positive, proactive attitude
• Safety in handling practice software and digital systems; willingness to learn new systems
• Flexibility and endurance even in challenging situations

• Passionate about MFA and eager to accompany patients in their diagnostics or recovery process
