Metrology Planner / Scheduler

Summary

The Metrology Planner/Scheduler is responsible for coordinating calibration schedules, work orders, resource planning, and KPI reporting to ensure compliance with calibration requirements and service commitments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule routine and corrective calibration activities.
• Manage work orders within SAP and CMX systems.
• Track overdue and upcoming calibration activities.
• Generate KPI and compliance reports.
• Cookordinate site access and technician schedules.
• Support asset inventory updates.

Qualifications

• Average or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS, or calibration management systems.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
