Meter Fitter Team Lead

About the role

You'll lead and support our meter installation team as part of the meter rollout programme. Your responsibilities include planning daily activities, providing technical guidance, ensuring work quality, working with customers and colleagues, coaching and developing team members, and growing your own technical expertise.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Technical knowledge in electricity meter installation and related fields

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or certification in electrical engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Pay
