Metallurgical Engineering Intern

About the role

Support aerospace casting and precision machining operations through metallurgical testing, characterization, and process improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate test samples to analyze material properties.
• Assist in root-cause investigations and document findings in technical reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to enhance processes.
• Learn and support advanced casting and heat-treatment procedures.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives within a technical manufacturing environment.
