About the role
This production floor position is responsible for ensuring efficient operation of the anodizing/metalizing process within the facility. Monitors all steps in the proprietary anodizing process, including the conveyor belt system, racks, chemicals/dyes, and product consistency and quality. Leads the activities of other employees through technical knowledge and sound decision-making abilities in order to support product quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor the anodizing/metalizing process to ensure that the product quality meets or exceeds customer requirements.
- Able to make color/tinting changes to match color standard.
- Monitor water usage and conserve wherever possible.
- Must be able to start the Anodizing lines in the absence of Manager
- Ensure the Process Manager’s instructions and schedule requirements are fulfilled.
