About the role

This position is part of a dynamic team that is transforming the luxury woodworking and joinery industry from the inside out. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our innovative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Collaborate with designers and clients to translate concepts into detailed plans and designs.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Oversee the production process, ensuring all work meets high standards of craftsmanship and precision.
  • Work closely with suppliers to source materials and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Woodworking, Joinery, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in woodworking, joinery, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.

  • Experience with advanced woodworking techniques and machinery.
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices and eco-friendly materials.

Pay
