- Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with designers and clients to translate concepts into detailed plans and designs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring all work meets high standards of craftsmanship and precision.
- Work closely with suppliers to source materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Woodworking, Joinery, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in woodworking, joinery, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
