Estimator & Manufacturing Planner

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Schedule: Monday through Friday, in office

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000

About the Role

In this highly visible role, collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to manage the cost estimate and quote process, determine the optimum way to manufacture and cost products, and establish pricing, margins, and quote content. Monitor quote performance and manufacturing variances to lead continuous improvement efforts and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of estimating experience in the printing, converting, or related manufacturing industry
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and project management skills
• Keen attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LabelTraxx ERP
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards
