Responsibilities

• Master the pour by safely operating hand-controlled ladles to pour and regulate the flow of molten metal into sand molds to produce castings.
• Ensure quality by skimming slag and removing excess metal to guarantee a perfect casting.
• Transport molten metal from the furnaces to the pouring line.
• Monitor conditions by accurately reading temperature gauges and collecting samples for analysis, playing a vital role in quality control.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
