Metal Pourer - 1st Shift

About the role

Buck Company, located in Quarryville, PA, is seeking a Metal Pourer for their 1st shift team. This role involves mastering the process of transforming molten metal into precise castings.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate hand-controlled ladles to pour and regulate the flow of molten metal into sand molds.
• Skim slag and remove excess metal to ensure a perfect casting.
• Transport molten metal from furnaces to the pouring line.
• Accurately read temperature gauges and collect samples for analysis to play a crucial role in quality control.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
