Responsibilities

• Place safety first.
• Load lengths of aluminum extrusions onto load table.
• Hook parts for painting.
• Unload lengths of aluminum extrusions after painting.
• Maintain all required standards for meeting or exceeding production goals.
• Read work instructions and interpret production drawings.
• All other duties as directed by the department shift leader or manager.

Requirements

• The ability to work any shift is required.
• Successful score on job skills assessment (reading, math, and job-specific skills).
• Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 130 lbs. on a repetitive basis, with a partner.
• Must have the ability to stand on hard surfaces while working up to 12 hours.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (hot/cold).

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is desirable.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively; fluency in English preferred.
• Team player and self-starter.
• Ability to adapt to change and prioritize needs.

Pay

Starting rate: $21.72/hour. Shift premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential.

Schedule

• 12-hour continental shifts (days & nights available)
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
