About the role
Performs the finishing/patina finish on metal parts from a set of components previously prepared and tailored for finishing.
Responsibilities
- Finishing of components per Production Schedule
- Meet all critical product characteristics and color matching master sample
- Maintain work station clean, organized and safe
- Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required
- Maintain the time sheet accurate and on time
- Observe all company policies and standard practices
- Participate in all required continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Desirable experience on metal finishing techniques such as:
- Patina finishing using wet rags and rinsing
- Toning and Top coating using spray cans
- Reading and understanding mixing specifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and flawless results
- Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency
