Seeking a detail-oriented Metal Preparation Specialist responsible for readying metal components for painting. Key Duties Include Grinding, filing, sanding, buffing, and polishing metal surfaces to achieve specified finishes.Inspecting surfaces for defects, removing burrs and pits to ensure quality.Cleaning finished parts to prepare for subsequent processes.Maintaining and operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.Possibility of rotation into painting tasks based on performance and skill development.
