Metal Fabricator - Council Bluffs IA
- .
Requirements: maybe "What You Bring" includes qualifications: high school diploma or GED preferred, previous experience, ability to read blueprints, etc. Could be Requirements.
Qualifications: maybe technical school coursework, certification, welding experience, forklift, etc. Could be Qualifications.
Skills: maybe ability to stand, lift, etc. Could be Skills.
Benefits: "What We Offer" includes medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, 401K match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, annual safety shoe reimbursement, employee discount, access to trainings. So Benefits.
Pay: Not mentioned explicitly. No pay info. So we should NOT include Pay section.
Schedule: we have shift info. So include Schedule.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we capture all substantive info.
We need to avoid including boilerplate like "Equal Employment Opportunity Statement", "Pay Transparency Non-Discrimination Provision", etc. Also remove "Who We Are" maybe? That's company description; could be part of About the role? But we already have company description earlier. Could include as part of About the role? But the instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have About the role section that includes company overview and role description. That's fine. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. So no heading for Metal Fabricator. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — none present. We must output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

We must ensure no extra sections like Pay. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Who We Are" etc. We omitted that. Check that we preserved all substantive info: company description, role description, responsibilities list, requirements list, qualifications list, skills list, benefits list, shift. Did we miss any? Let's review original: - Intro paragraph about Echo Electric etc. included. - "We have a great opportunity for a Metal Fabricator to join our team. This role uses fabrication equipment and hand tools to produce accurate, high-quality parts while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work area." included. - Shift line included. - Responsibilities list: we captured all bullet points after "We Are Looking For An Associate Who". Let's verify each: Original list: - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and fabrication specifications. - Measure, mark, cut, bend, drill, grind, and shape metal materials using appropriate tools and equipment. - Set up and operate fabrication equipment such as saws, shears, brakes, presses, punches, rollers, and grinders. - Fit and assemble metal components using clamps, fixtures, fasteners, and other joining methods. - Perform welding or tack welding when qualified and required for the assignment. - Inspect completed work using tape measures, calipers, squares, gauges, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and quality. - Identify and report material defects, equipment issues, and deviations from specifications. - Complete required production, quality, and material documentation accurately. - Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe operating condition. - Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment and lockout/tagout requirements. - Handle materials safely and assist with moving parts using approved lifting equipment. - Work cooperatively with production, welding, quality, maintenance, and engineering personnel to meet schedule and quality goals. - Perform other related duties as assigned. All present. - Then abilities: "Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, kneel, squat, push, and pull." etc. Those we placed under Skills. Check we captured all abilities: Original after responsibilities: "Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, kneel, squat, push, and pull. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with assistance or lifting equipment used for heavier items. Ability to use hands and arms to handle tools, materials, and controls. All present under Skills. - What You Bring: list includes: "High school diploma or GED preferred. We split into Requirements (first 8) and Qualifications (last 4). That seems okay.
