Job Description Ability to read and understand work order, fabrication drawings and blueprintsReading construction plans and specifications.Ability to listen well, follow instructions carefully and communicate effectivelyAccurate and detail-oriented, with good mathematical skillsAbility to work with shop tools and machines safely and effectivelySelf-motivated, able to work consistently and productively under minimal supervisionAbility to work full-time plus overtime as necessary, work in a shop environment with noise where you have to bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry material that may be fifty (50) pounds or more.The position would require that the individual will be standing for long periods of time.Can work under pressure and time deadlinesHas the ability to understand and follow detailed instruction/directionsCan work with and meet deadlinesAccurate MeasuringAccurate CuttingMaintain a clean and neat work areaOther duties as assigned
