Metal Fabrication Associate position in Cookeville, TN. Full-time day shift opportunity in a fast-paced shop environment. Ideal for candidates with manufacturing, fabrication, welding, or machine operation experience who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a productive team.

Responsibilities

• Cut, grind, drill, and assemble metal components to specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Read measurements, blueprints, and work instructions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with material handling and general shop duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and fabrication equipment
• Ability to read and follow measurements and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift

Pay

$16.00 per hour
