Meta Floater Sales Specialist
2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Meta Sales Specialists for floating market coverage in the Atlanta, GA area.
About the Role
As a Meta Sales Specialist Floater, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products that meet their unique needs. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and successful shopping experience. This role involves engaging customers, demonstrating Meta’s latest technology, and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Dive into the world of Meta's products – AR/VR headsets, accessories, and more.
- Engage customers and demonstrate how Meta products can enhance their lives in fitness, gaming, and entertainment.
- Build trust by understanding customer needs and recommending the perfect Meta product.
- Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing Meta displays, showcasing the latest devices and promotions.
- Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically using your mobile device.
- Submit daily reports and adapt to local retail store environments while adhering to operational policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
- Interest in AR and VR products is a plus.
- Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three weekday shifts as required.
- Own a smartphone with an operating system equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs (accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities).
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
Schedule
- 6 hours guaranteed per week, with on-call coverage hours varying weekly.
- Required availability: Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Additional shifts may be added for key customer shopping days, including holidays.
- Work location: Retailers within approximately a 30-mile radius of the market center.
Pay
$20.00 per hour.
