The RBFCU Branch Operations Team is seeking a full‑time Branch Member Service Representative for the Mesquite branch (4500 North Galloway Avenue, Mesquite, TX 75150) starting at $20.00/hour, with a sign‑on bonus and an additional $2.00/hour for bilingual Spanish/English certification. As a Branch Member Service Representative you will be the face of RBFCU, providing exceptional service that combines Teller and Personal Banker functions. You will engage members and prospective members to build relationships, use problem‑solving skills to identify financial needs, educate them on products and services that improve their well‑being, review deposits for fraud and risk, assess interactions for impersonation to mitigate fraud losses, conduct duties to enhance RBFCU’s image and growth, and demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow through the Path to Promotion and award‑winning Learning and Development program.
