MES Solution Architect Manager (Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete)

Responsibilities
- Lead discussions with senior leaders and business stakeholders to define Manufacturing Execution System (MES) needs and translate requirements into solution functionality
- Collaborate with technical architects to design scalable, technically feasible Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete solutions
- Perform functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design activities for MES implementations
- Lead delivery of complex MES projects across requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support in a fast-paced team environment
- Contribute to practice growth by sharing knowledge, helping solve client challenges, and supporting innovation in current and emerging MES solutions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
- 5+ years of experience implementing Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete, including solution design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, and upgrades
- 5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification documentation, system configuration, system testing, solution delivery, customer support, process documentation, and onsite/offshore delivery models
- Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 3+ years of experience working with Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete
- Consulting experience
- Siemens Opcenter certification
- Experience leading project teams in a client service environment
Pay
The wage range for this role is $141,200 to $278,300. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Compensation decisions depend on various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, where awards depend on individual and organizational performance.
