About the role
As a Manufacturing Executions Systems Solution Architect Manager on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading discussions with senior leaders and business stakeholders to define Manufacturing Execution System (MES) needs and translate requirements into solution functionality
- Collaborating with technical architects to design scalable, technically feasible Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete solutions
- Performing functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design activities for MES implementations
- Leading delivery of complex MES projects across requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support in a fast-paced team environment
- Contributing to practice growth by sharing knowledge, helping solve client challenges, and supporting innovation in current and emerging MES solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
- 5+ years of experience implementing Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete, including solution design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, and upgrades
- 5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification documentation, system configuration, system testing, solution delivery, customer support, process documentation, and onsite/offshore delivery models
- Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 3+ years of experience working with Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete
- Consulting experience
- Siemens Opcenter certification
- Experience leading project teams in a client service environment

Pay
The disclosed range estimate is $141,200 to $278,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
