MES Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis, process design, and bill of material expertise to support the manufacturing operations and shop floor engineers
• Aid in the definition of application scope and objectives and devise/modify procedures to solve business problems
• Communicate application package capabilities/possibilities associated to Manufacturing Execution Systems
• Specify, develop, and validate operational reporting
• Develop business relationships with operations team to ensure successful implementation and support efforts
• Plan, monitor, and report on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions
• Prepare, coordinate, and execute solution validation and volume tests to ensure successful implementation and support efforts
• Facilitate user testing with business partners to validate scope and functionality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or Engineering
• At least four years of experience in manufacturing business process design, experience with lean manufacturing concepts, and package implementations
• Working knowledge of project management techniques and team leadership experience
• Experience with software unit and integration testing

Pay & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $150,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
