About the role
A Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Engineer is needed to join our team. This position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of MES systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, installation, and configuration of MES systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MES systems with other manufacturing processes
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES system issues
- Develop and maintain MES system documentation and training materials
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in MES systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MES engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of MES systems, including their architecture, functionality, and integration capabilities
- Experience with MES system development tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficiency in MES system design and implementation
- Knowledge of MES system integration and interoperability
- Experience with MES system data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
