About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced MERN Full-Stack Developer to lead our WebOps team, mentor developers, and collaborate directly with clients to deliver high-quality web solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the WebOps team, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy dynamic web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of HUBL language and HubSpot CMS.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of CMS platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Conduct regular code reviews, provide technical guidance, and implement best practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on React.js and the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
  • Experience leading a small to medium development team.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS development and integration.
  • Solid understanding of front-end and back-end web technologies, including RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices is a plus.
