About the role

Blacksmith is seeking a Team Lead - Full Stack Developer who is motivated to spearhead the development of unique, custom WordPress themes and plugins for our clients without leaving behind backend coding. The lead will transform completed designs into live, interactive web experiences with beautiful, clean code while supporting clean code practices on the team and acting as technical advisor to our clients alongside the Director of Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Convert completed designs into live, interactive web experiences using clean, maintainable code
• Uphold and promote clean code practices within the development team
• Serve as a technical advisor to clients in collaboration with the Director of Engineering

Pay

USD 78,020 per year
