A premier AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a seasoned M&A associate attorney (JD class years 2018–2020) to join its dynamic New York office. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a leading role in high-value corporate transactions, advising sophisticated clients across industries.

Key Qualifications

• 4–6 years of M&A experience in a top-tier law firm
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for definitive and ancillary documents
• Proven ability to manage client communications and oversee deal timelines
• Experience mentoring junior associates and managing teams
• Outstanding academic credentials from a top law school
• New York Bar admission preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions for private and public clients
• Draft and negotiate core transaction documents
• Oversee diligence, deal structuring, and execution
• Supervise junior associates and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
• Build and manage client relationships with a focus on strategic growth

Pay

$310,000–$390,000 (DOE)
