Mercy Jewish Hospital - Full-Time CRNA

About the role

This is a full-time position for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Mercy Jewish. The position offers flexible hours, including call taking, two at-home calls, and a 12-hour shift per week. Compensation includes a base salary of $90,000 with a $215,000 total compensation package, 7 weeks of paid time off, and a 3-year commitment incentive.

Responsibilities

• Assist with case mix including general, heavy orthopedic, cath lab, vascular, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, and neurology cases.
• Participate in call schedule, which includes call taking and two at-home calls.
• Work a 12-hour shift per week.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a CRNA in the state of Ohio.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience as a CRNA.
• Experience with various surgical specialties, including but not limited to general, orthopedic, cardiac, vascular, neurosurgical, urological, gynecological, and neurological procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current certification as a CRNA from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for CRNA.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
