Responsibilities

• Perform general anesthesia and sedation for cardiac procedures
• Assist with complex cardiac surgeries under the supervision of anesthesiologists
• Manage airway and ventilation during cardiac interventions
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

Requirements

• MBA in Anesthesia or related field
• Current CRNA license in Missouri
• At least 5 years of experience in cardiac anesthesia
• Experience with advanced cardiac monitoring and management techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Anesthesia or related field
• Advanced certification in Cardiac Anesthesia
• Proven track record of success in high-stress, fast-paced environments
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

• Total compensation ranging from $310K–$340K, including base salary ($240K), CV stipend ($20K), incentives ($10K), call pay ($40K–$70K), and a sign-on bonus ($90K)
