NorthStar is looking for an Anesthesiologist to join an awesome team at Mercy Anderson. Join a team of 6 general anesthesiologists where the call and workload is split equitably amongst the team.
Opportunity Highlights
- Call is split 6 ways amongst the team of 6 general MDs
- Call is taken from home with post-call day off
- Open heart cases and open heart call covered by separate group of CV anesthesiologists
- Good variety of case type except for open hearts (separate service) and intracranial neurosurgery (no heads, no hearts)
- Low volume OB covered by CRNA with MD as backup
Compensation
- $550k base
- 11 weeks PTO
- $75k sign-on bonus based on 3 year commitment
