Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Processor

Key Responsibilities Review new deal submissions for completeness (applications, bank statements, IDs, voided checks, etc.)Communicate with ISOs, brokers, and merchants to collect missing documents and clarify informationOrganize files and prepare them for underwriting reviewVerify merchant and owner information, including business details, ownership, and bank account dataPrepare, send, and track contracts and e-signaturesComplete pre-funding checklists and coordinate with the funding teamUpdate deal statuses and notes accurately in the CRM/loan management systemFollow compliance procedures, including document verification and fraud-prevention protocolsMeet daily and weekly processing targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy Requirements Requirements 1+ year of experience as a processor in MCA, small business lending, or alternative financeWorking knowledge of MCA deal structures and terminology (factor rates, holdbacks, ACH/split funding, stacking, etc.)Ability to read and review business bank statementsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsClear, professional written and verbal communicationComfortable managing multiple deals at once in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and e-signature tools Nice to Have Experience with an MCA CRM or LMS (e.g., Salesforce, Centrex, Pipeline, Fusion CRM)Familiarity with UCC filings and basic fraud-detection practicesExperience working directly with ISOs/brokers Benefits What We Offer Competitive salary [and performance bonuses][Health, dental, and vision insurance][401(k) / retirement plan][Paid time off and paid holidays]Training and clear opportunities to grow into Senior Processor, Underwriting, or Funding rolesA supportive team in a growing industry
