Key Responsibilities

• Finalize all category assortment plans and resolve issues related to flow, pricing, and distribution decisions.
• Ensure the assortment category vision is effectively translated to the retail floor, resulting in profitable and consumer-right assortments.
• Optimize the planning and placement of products within the appropriate retail format.
• Work with consumer insights to inform assortment planning and product management activities.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, and planning for footwear or apparel.
• Experience in creating strategic product line plans and determining the shape of the line.
