Merchandising Supervisor - Everett - Everett, WA

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and make recommendations regarding sales, delivery and merchandising service levels in the retail marketplace
• Provide assistance with customer calls, complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Maintain positive relationships and direct communication with store personnel and sales and delivery teams
• Work with merchandising and sales team members on a continual basis to train, support and evaluate needs
• Aid Merchandising Manager with time keeping responsibilities within HRIS
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate department staff
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times

• Manages merchandisers

Work Environment

• This job operates in our accounts, mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work.
• Physical Demands: Lift/carry 35 lbs. repetitively and up to 75 lbs. Push/pull up to 100 lbs. Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/grasp Climb stairs Work indoors and outdoors Drive Operate equipment

Expected Hours of Work

• This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary, and may include weekends.

Travel

• Local travel only

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Must be able to own/operate a mobile smart phone device

Preferred Education and Experience

• Minimum two (2) years previous grocery, merchandising, sales or retail experience
• Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience
• Previous leadership or management experience
