Merchandising Supervisor

About the role

Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training and developing merchandisers, among point-of-sale and pricing activities. The position is based out of the St. Paul, MN facility, supporting customer stores in the Twin Cities and Northern Twin Cities and surrounding areas. The role directly manages a team of around 15-20 direct reports and works Wednesday‑Sunday with start times of 6:00 AM Wednesday‑Saturday and 1:00 AM Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to KDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost‑effectiveness and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Ensure that company pricing is properly displayed.
• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.

Requirements

• 3 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid auto insurance.

Pay

$70,000‑72,000 per year (actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors).

Schedule

Wednesday‑Sunday schedule; start times: 6:00 AM Wednesday‑Saturday and 1:00 AM Sunday.
