About the role

Design and rebuild merchandising workflows by mapping manual processes, identifying bottlenecks, and building automation tools (likely with AI/scripting) to eliminate repetitive work. You will own both the process redesign and hands-on implementation rather than delegating to a separate team.

Responsibilities

• Map existing manual merchandising processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Design and implement new workflows that leverage automation tools (AI, scripting, etc.)
• Develop and deploy automation solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks
• Own the end-to-end process redesign, from planning to hands-on execution
