About the role
Under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor.
- Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation.
- Participate when needed in other store projects, including fill in of merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery and supply replenishment.
- Locate requested merchandise within our store and complete orders placed by the customer.
- Provide excellent customer service and act quickly to address the customers' needs.
- Ad hoc responsibilities if needed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift of up to 50 pounds.
- Retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with Visual standards.
- Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs and follows through on assigned tasks.
- Ability to drive company vehicle as needed in accordance with your state Driver's License standards (select doors only).

Pay
Salary Range $17.05 – $21.32 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Compensation varies by geographic location; the listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
