What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Executing regional merchandising strategies that align with broader global direction while reflecting local market needs and consumer preferences
- Analyzing consumer trends, competitive activity, and market performance to guide product and assortment decisions
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to build compelling seasonal product assortments tailored to the region
- Driving revenue, margin, and sell-through performance in partnership with planning and commercial teams
- Supporting wholesale go-to-market milestones and curated assortment strategies, including key account focus and segmentation decisions
- Leading in-season business analysis and identifying opportunities to react quickly to performance and market shifts
- Maintaining brand and product integrity through close collaboration with global merchandising and production partners
- Presenting business updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing merchandising team
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of merchandising or buying experience within retail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, commerce, or fashion merchandising
- Strong command of retail math and Open-to-Buy principles
- Track record of launching, scaling, or leading large, high-volume business units or brands
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data across channels and market segments
- Experience across omnichannel environments and wholesale account management
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders
- Strong leadership experience, including managing direct reports and larger teams
- Excellent communication skills and strong business judgment
- A customer-first mindset paired with an entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented approach
