Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed.
- Check in, price, and stock merchandise; maintain fronted, full, and clean displays daily.
- Update displays according to company guidelines, planograms, and promotional changes.
- Implement all out-front price changes and ensure sale signs and flyers are properly displayed.
- Remove sale materials at the end of promotions and restore original pricing.
- Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
- Complete store To-Do List and Team Weekly tasks as directed by the manager.
- Act as a shoplifting deterrent and maintain front floor security.
- Assist with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
- Clock in/out according to company policy.
- Pull and stage installer deliveries for delivery specialists in collaboration with ISS (Installer Support Specialist).
- Serve as a communication liaison between ISS, delivery specialists, and the store manager.
- Assist in determining the most efficient and safest routes for delivery specialists.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of quarterly vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness in back room and installer counter areas.
- May serve as HUB Store Order Puller, pulling parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets for delivery to serviced stores.
- Receive and fulfill orders from area stores, sorting parts by store location and ensuring they are in good condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and operate safely at all times.
Requirements
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and strong organizational skills.
- Previous stocking experience preferred.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
