Merchandiser Stocker

Merchandiser for Greater Arlington, Irving, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, and Grapevine, TX. Hiring immediately.

About the Role

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper products (e.g., 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai) on shelves and coolers at large retail accounts within an assigned territory. You will report directly to stores for scheduled shifts and may cover additional routes as needed. A company-issued phone with a time-tracking app will be provided to clock in/out and log mileage for reimbursement. You will use your personal vehicle to travel between stores, but you are not responsible for transporting products—deliveries are made in advance.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products in retail stores within the assigned territory.
• Work independently while interacting with store personnel.
• Use a company-provided app to track shifts and mileage.
• Maintain active engagement, including lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable personal vehicle.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 scheduled shifts per week.
• Shifts start at 5:00 AM and continue until work is completed.
• Weekends required; days off fall during the week.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay

Starting pay: $19.42 per hour. After 6 months, the rate increases to $20.49 per hour.
