Responsibilities

• Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are appealing to enhance customers' experience
• Expertly manage immediate consumption coolers and cold drink equipment
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product freshness through effective rotation
• Keep back-room stock organized and clean, condensing products for efficiency
• Build strong relationships with store managers and provide outstanding customer service
• Promptly address any issues that arise in stores
• Communicate effectively with sales reps and drivers to coordinate deliveries
• Maintain equipment cleanliness
• Complete necessary paperwork and collect payments

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance (personal vehicle required)
• Proficiency in operating manual pallet jacks and 2- and 4-wheel carts
• Ability to handle products weighing up to 2,200 lbs
• Strong customer communication skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Basic paperwork and cash-collection skills
• Physical stamina to stock and rotate products
