Responsibilities

• Aid the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers.
• Carry out merchandising and restocking tasks within a designated territory.
• Ensure all company products are displayed correctly and efficiently.
• Perform stock rotations, shelf resets, and backroom duties as required.
• Install point-of-sale materials as directed by management.
• Facilitate the timely delivery of products as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance compliant with state laws.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beverage product sales or hospitality industry.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with various levels of management and colleagues.
• Proven planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements

• The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• The capacity to stand or walk throughout an entire shift (8-12 hours).
