As a Full-Time Merchandiser in Sartell, MN, you’ll ensure our products are stocked, displays are eye-catching, and customers enjoy a top-tier shopping experience. Every day brings new tasks—from building displays and rotating stock to troubleshooting spills and maintaining equipment—all while delivering outstanding customer service and collaborating with sales reps and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and create visually appealing product displays
• Maintain product freshness and presentation
• Communicate effectively with sales representatives and delivery drivers
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues on the spot
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
• Operate manual pallet jacks and carts, pushing/pulling up to 2,200 pounds
• Work independently and solve problems as they arise

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Valid driver’s license with insurance and a reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to maneuver manual pallet jacks and carts
• Physical strength to push and pull up to 2,200 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
