About the role

• Create displays and signage highlighting a variety of unique products
• Stock, merchandise, and rotate shelved product; consistently fill end caps
• Partner with teams to ensure full shelves, displayed signage, and clearly tagged product
• Organize and keep backroom stock in neat and orderly condition

Requirements

• Prior retail experience desirable
• Quality-oriented with attention to detail while working at a steady pace
• Reliable availability for 40 hours per week; flexible scheduling available
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive outlook to achieve team goals
• Ability to take initiative and shift tasks without direct instruction when not assisting customers

Shift start times between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM

• On-site bid sales featuring 1,400+ bid lots per week
