About the Role

The Merchandising position involves engaging consumers by stocking and organizing store shelves with recognized brands, ensuring optimal product displays to drive sales and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays
• Organize backstock and manage inventory levels
• Install point-of-sale (POS) materials
• Secure and manage damaged products
• Ensure proper stock management procedures
• Handle daily paperwork

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 180 lbs
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Pass a background and drug check
