Merchandiser

Merchandiser for Pahrump and the surrounding area. Hiring immediately to provide high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

About the Role

Merchandisers stock and display products on shelves and coolers at large accounts within a set territory. You will report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may cover routes as needed. A personal vehicle is required for travel among stores, but you are not responsible for transporting products—these will be delivered in advance. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will track clock-in/out and mileage for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products in retail stores
• Travel among stores in assigned territory using a personal vehicle
• Use company-provided app to track shifts and mileage

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance

Qualifications

We seek a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy working independently, staying active, and taking pride in detailed work. Interaction with store personnel and physical tasks like lifting and moving product cases are key parts of the role.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Shifts start at 4:00 am and continue until work is finished
• Weekends required; days off fall during the week
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Pay

Starting pay is $21.67 per hour, increasing to $22.81 per hour after the first 6 months.
