About the role

We are looking for Merchandise Team Members to join our team at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Merch Team Member, you will create a fun, welcoming environment while engaging guests with personalized sales recommendations and take ownership of merchandise presentation, inventory, and overall operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base
• Greet guests & ascertain their interest, so you may make sales recommendations
• Create an exciting, positive, and welcoming environment for our diverse team and fan base
• Warmly greet guests, assess their needs, and confidently make personalized sales recommendations
• Take ownership of cleaning, restocking, and other assigned duties to maintain a high standard of appearance and readiness
• Promote merchandise by suggesting complementary and add-on items to maximize sales
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and proper use to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain organized merchandise displays, accurate inventory counts, and assist with inventory management as needed
• Possess a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
• Adhere to the Legends Global and venue company policies
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes
• Able to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others
