Merchandise Processor - Weekend Shift (Friday to Sunday 5am-5pm)

About the role

AEO is seeking full-time associates to join our Distribution Center teams. Applicants have the opportunity to interview and receive an offer in the same day.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe work environment by keeping safety a top priority
  • Perform picking, sorting, and packing orders using technology
  • Count, record, and verify quantities of merchandise for orders
  • Ensure production and quality standards are met
  • Be open to performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or some high school
  • Adaptable to change by working within different departments
  • Excellent counting skills and attention to detail
  • Maintain an excellent attendance and work record
  • Must be 18 or older

Physical Requirements

  • Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend and stack cartons for up to 10 hours at a time
  • Stand for long periods of time and walk continuously
  • Pull merchandise from multiple levels of shelving or move merchandise as needed
  • Climb stairs and perform work at platform heights up to 60 feet
  • Lift up to 50lbs. Specific weight requirements may vary within each department
