  • Support planning and execution for Amazon and other growth channels, including channel-level sales forecasts, inventory plans, assortment, product availability, launch readiness, and replenishment recommendations.
  • Monitor sales, inventory, in-stock levels, pricing, promotions, and profitability across strategic channels, providing actionable analysis and recommendations.
  • Partner with E-commerce, Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Distribution Center Operations, Merchandising, and external channel partners to ensure accurate execution of product, inventory, and promotional plans.
  • Help build scalable reporting, planning processes, and performance-management routines for Amazon and future strategic channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs, make sound decisions, and influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced analytical application skills, particularly Excel, with proficiency in productivity tools such as PowerPoint and Word and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Comfortable handling multiple projects and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.

Benefits
