About the role
As a leader within Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team, inspiring and motivating them daily. Working with the General Manager, you will support the entire team in driving sales, providing an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury/retail business will influence both client and associate experiences. As a Merchandise Flow Supervisor, you will provide input on merchandising strategies and use insights from the sales floor to improve the store’s business. You will help shape and execute store strategies to drive revenue and ensure clear communication across the team.
Accountable for the back of house, you will drive sales by maintaining a well-organized stockroom, strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices, markdown execution, stock accuracy, and facilities management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse sales team to drive performance and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute store strategies that increase revenue.
- Provide input on merchandising strategies and use front-line insights to improve business operations.
- Ensure effective communication is cascaded throughout the team.
- Oversee back-of-house operations, including stockroom organization, merchandise replenishment, markdown execution, and stock accuracy.
- Maintain supplies and facilities management to support store operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in retail shipping and receiving management.
- College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Proficiency with retail systems and office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to lead by example with integrity, collaborate effectively, and navigate ambiguity and change.
- Strategic, intellectually curious, and results-oriented mindset.
Pay
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission plan depending on the brand.
