About the role
This role supports multiple stages of the product development lifecycle, including being the key connector between Merchandise, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end merchandise logistics, including inbound and outbound shipments, stock transfers, and internal shipping requests across all locations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Merchandise, Logistics, and Warehouse teams, ensuring accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and inventory integrity.
- Manage internal communications and support store openings and merchandise launches to ensure operational readiness and execution.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments;
- Ensure all goods are shipped, received, and delivered according to PO requirements, timelines, and quality standards;
- Create and process internal shipping requests to support the timely movement of merchandise, supplies, and promotional materials between locations;
- Partner closely with the Logistics team to coordinate shipments, monitor tracking information, and proactively address delivery delays or issues;
- Create and manage stock transfer requests for all shows and locations, ensuring accurate inventory allocation and timely movement of merchandise to support operational needs;
- Create commercial invoices and all other supporting documentation for domestic and international stock transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal requests, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Merchandising or a related field, or on the job/work equivalent experience;
- At least one year of experience working in traditional and/or non-traditional logistics outlets;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Knowledge of ethical sourcing and sustainable practices is a plus;
- Strong attention to detail and robust organizational and communication skills;
- Knowledge of all MS Office, SAP and Adobe Products is an asset;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Ability to travel as required, sometimes internationally;
